Surgery fees

Kittens must be at least 2 lbs and 8 weeks old for surgery.

Puppies must be at least 16 weeks old for surgery.

 

These fees include a rabies vaccination, which is required by law.
If the rabies vaccination is not needed (if a current rabies certificate can be shown), deduct $7 from these fees.

  • Male cat: $49
  • Female cat: $59

  • Male dog: $68
  • Female dog: $78

  • Open umbilical hernia repair: no extra charge
  • Female in heat: no extra charge
  • Pregnant female: no extra charge
  • Undescended testicles: no extra charge

 

Vaccinations

Vaccinations are offered at the time of surgery only.

  • For cats, FVRCP + Chlamydia: $10
  • For dogs, DAPP: $10
  • For dogs, Bordatella: $10

 

Additional services and items

  • Nail trim: $5
  • Take-home pain medication for cats: $9
  • Take-home pain medication for dogs: $6
  • E-collars: $6
  • Ear cleaning: $7
  • Fecal test: $15 (treatment fees vary according to species/weight)
  • Microchip (includes lifetime registration): $35
