Surgery fees Kittens must be at least 2 lbs and 8 weeks old for surgery. Puppies must be at least 16 weeks old for surgery.   These fees include a rabies vaccination, which is required by law. If the rabies vaccination is not needed (if a current rabies certificate can be shown), deduct $7 from these fees. Vaccinations Vaccinations are offered at the time of surgery only.
